How should I store my Chef Preserve products once they arrive?

Our preserves are shelf-stable and can be kept in a cool, dry pantry for up to 12 months. However, once a jar is opened, it must be refrigerated and consumed within 3 weeks for optimal freshness.

Do you use any artificial preservatives or additives?

No. We pride ourselves on using traditional preservation methods. Our ingredients are 100% natural, utilizing only lemon juice, natural fruit pectins, and cane sugar to maintain shelf life.

What happens if my glass jars break during shipping?

While we use eco-friendly protective packaging, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the broken items to our support team within 48 hours, and we will issue a full refund or replacement immediately.

Are Chef Preserve products suitable for vegans?

Most of our products are vegan-friendly as we use fruit-based pectins rather than gelatin. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page to confirm.

How long does shipping take within the United States?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada to ensure our products reach customers quickly and without the long transit times that can affect food quality.
